South Norfolk Fourth of July Parade and Picnic organizers announced that new prizes will be awarded this year to the 2019 winners of the Home Decorating Contest July 3rd, sponsored by the South Norfolk Civic League.

In addition to the usual gift baskets of goodies, winners will receive a red, white, and blue garden flag to recognize their home decorating awards for years to come!

To win, you must live on the parade route or within the historic district and have your home decorated by 3 p.m. July 3 for judging by the league’s panel of judges who do not live in South Norfolk. Good luck!
