For the first time since March 2020, the South Norfolk Civic League and the South Norfolk Neighborhood Watch will meet Oct. 12 at Chesapeake Avenue United Methodist Church, 1200 Chesapeake Ave. at 6: 30 p.m.

Capt. John Landfair, commanding officer of the Second Precinct, will speak and answer questions.

Masks are required and in-person seating is limited to 40 people. Social distancing will be followed with chairs 6 feet apart.
